The Quaruba XL is an elegant CorTen steel wood burning stove handmade in Holland by RB73 professionals with a passion for fire. CorTen relates to this type of steel’s two main properties, corrosion resistance and tensile strength. The rust-like, weathered look of the RB73 Quaruba XL outdoor stove blends well with a wide range of outdoor settings, offering warmth and atmosphere. The strong 3mm CorTen steel is weather resistant which means you can place it outdoors and be safe in the knowledge that it can be left there. The XL is the middle option of the three stoves in the Quaruba range, making it a great all-rounder for patios, decked areas and terraces. Choose between a variety of glass options, depending on the position of your fireplace, to make sure everyone has a great view of the dancing flames.
Efficient Closed Combustion
Unlike a fire pit or outdoor fireplace with an open fire, RB73 fires have a closed combustion system allowing for higher combustion temperatures. Model Options and Extras
The Quaruba XL model is available in either an unrusted black finish or a rusted finish. The weather will naturally take effect on unrusted stoves over the space of up to six months to give you the weathered finish. As the rusting process is different on every appliance, each stove has its own unique qualities. A modular design allows the Quaruba to be constructed with a single door glass only, or two, three and four-sided glass options. If you are planning to keep your RB73 stove in one constant place then the four legged option may be the best choice for you. A mobile version on wheels is also available, featuring a baseplate which can be used as a log shelf. You can also purchase additional lengths of flue pipe, a stainless steel spark catcher, CorTen heatshield and a decorative CorTen steel floor plate.
The Quaruba is available in three different sizes; L, XL and XXL.
