Due to the distance from Porthleven and Winkleigh I have never visited Rangemoors showroom. As such I form my opinion of what the company is like by the conversations and communications I have had and trust that my judgement is correct when purchasing. With my business, we offer premium products and timely customer interaction and first class service is at the top of everything we do. Key to this is the people that we employ having the right attitude and belief in wanting to deliver on our objectives. With this it means that whenever I purchase anything I am always looking and evaluating the people against these standards and I can quickly establish if someone is genuine in delivering service or not. Given the above (not visiting your showroom) the only person I have met in person is your delivery man (Richard I think) and as first point of contact he is therefore how I confirm my opinion on Rangemoors. As with my dealings with yourself he was fantastic and in my opinion a really asset to Rangemoors, he was extremely pleasant and had a very positive approach which confirmed that I was correct in purchasing from you and gave me added confidence. I would be grateful if you would relay my thanks to Richard, he left me feeling not only a valued customer, he left me with a smile and how I have enjoyed the whole purchase experience. As you have gathered I am now an advocate of Rangemoors and very happy to recommend people when asked.
Now that our new Rayburn is installed and working, I am writing on behalf of both of us to thank you very much indeed for all your efforts, which have been greatly appreciated, especially in a day and age where customer service is now almost non-existent.

I bought a Glaisdale multi fuel stove through Mole Valley Farmers a few weeks ago and subsequently got a quote from yourselves (via MVF) for the flue parts. As out of pride I want to install the thing myself (retirement project!) I have spoken to your people several times today with rafts of questions, clarifications and general well intentioned pestering. I’m a retired Director of companies ranging from Engineers, Brewers, Hotels, Manufacturers, Motor manufacturers, Retailers and all sorts in between. I want to tell you that Tracey is a Customer Service star. I was the Company turn-round specialist and not renowned for easy praise. She impressed me with her product knowledge, politeness and helpfulness. She gives a great impression of your Company and I can tell you I find that a rare thing.Look after her!

Just wanted to say a really big thankyou to you. Our existing grate had just about collapsed and it was looking like we would have to do without our fire over Christmas. I have to say that when I ordered this grate two days ago I thought it would be new year before it arrived. But, it arrived today just two days after I ordered it, and considering the weather problems and proximity to Christmas I am really impressed and very grateful.
Just a quick line to say thankyou for all your assistance and patience in getting a new baffle plate for our neighbour’s Villager multi fuel burner. The baffle plate arrived and yes it is the right one and she was able to get it installed and the stove alight just in time for the very cold weather.
