Built in the UK from the ground up in Leamington Spa, the Mercury 1000 range cooker uses the highest quality components and integrates sleek details. Features like ‘Hi-Fi’ style controls which are both tactile and turn smoothly. Added to this, the handrails are solid and add an uncompromising quality feel to this appliance.

Cooking on the Mercury
The Mercury 1000 is also packed with the very latest cooking technology. It’s designed to produce excellent results. Firstly, the ovens are large and offer of range of functions that include defrost modes, fan and fan grilled. Inside the ovens you’ll also notice the racks and grills are made of heavy gauge stainless steel.
Secondly, Mercury range cookers are equipped with the finest hobs. The induction hob version offers nine power settings. These provide the flexibility to cater for all types of cooking, including low temperature cooking and simmering. Each zone also offers a boost functionality so maximum temperature can be reached quickly.
Moreover, the Gas Hob option provides precise control and high power. There are five gas burners on all Mercury models, all made from sealed brass. There is an exceptionally large centre burner is perfect for wok cooking. Gas hobs feature cast-iron pan supports which are sturdy and durable. In addition the five gas burners are topped with a porcelain enamel finish cast-iron flame spreader. This provides heat distribution and retention for highly controllable cooking.
Grilling is effortless and the grill has a variety of modes and functions.
