The Esse Garden Stove

An outdoor wood-burning stove primarily designed for heating, with some cooking capability. The Esse Garden Stove has been styled with Esse’s trademark traditional clean look. A large glass window allows you to watch the mesmerising flames flicker away. A lift-up hotplate on top reveals a grill plate underneath. With the hotplate down, you can heat kettles, frying pans and griddle plates. Once the fire has been established and burnt down to embers, you can lift the hotplate to utilize the grill.
Attached to the back of the stove is a removable wheel trolley. This allows you to easily reposition and store the Garden Stove when it is not in use. Once the appliance has totally cooled down after use, it is recommended that it be stored under cover to protect it from the elements. Treated with flax oil, the stove should weather gracefully. This appliance is designed for use outdoors only.
The Garden Stove from Esse is made in Britain. It also comes supplied with a length of flue pipe to help take the smoke away when you are cooking on it. It also helps you and your guests not come away smelling like a bonfire if you gather around it for heat later into the evening.
