The AGA Masterchef Deluxe 90 enjoys an understated and simple styling. It also offers a host of advanced cooking features for the cooking enthusiast. Its timeless design will compliment a wide range of kitchen interiors. It’s also available in a range of seven sumptuous colours.
Built in the UK, the Masterchef Deluxe is manufactured to the highest standards. The attention to detail is all you would expect from the AGA brand. This includes robust controls and AGA branded handles.
Cooking on the Masterchef Deluxe
This range is ideal for large families or entertaining. There are three ovens to suit any style of cooking.
The main 79 litre capacity oven, has eight cooking functions.
Base Heat (ideal for crisping up pizzas)
Defrost (to thaw and defrost food)
Fanned (a good ‘all-round’ function which distributes heat evenly)
Fanned Grill (applies top heat to food which is less fierce than a conventional grill)
Fan Assisted (ideal for cooking larger items or baking on many racks at once)
Conventional (suitable for roasting and baking)
Browning (applies only top-heat for toasting, crisping or browning dishes)
Rapid Response (Preheats the oven 30% faster than the standard fan oven setting)
A integral meat probe will ensure perfectly cooked meats.
The AGA Masterchef Deluxe 90 has a deluxe glide-out grill. This grill has a dual element for half and full grilling. The trivet has four different depths to fine tune the heat to your food. Smooth-action telescopic runners make the grill easy to use. They also reduces the risk of pulling the grill out too far, making it simpler and safer to check your dish.
Induction or Gas Hob Options
Masterchef Deluxe induction hobs are fast, responsive and give precise control. There are five cooking zones. Two of these have a bridging feature which is ideal for use with a griddle, large pan or fish kettle. Each has a boost functionality for quick warm ups. The induction is easy to clean and safe to use. The surface retains minimal heat.
Gas Hobs also has five burners all made from solid brass. A Large 5 kW central burner is perfect for wok cooking and large pans. Cast iron pan supports create a sturdy cooking platform.
The AGA Masterchef Deluxe is also available in a 110cm wide model.
