The Rangemaster Encore Deluxe 110 enjoys a contemporary look with sleek and straight-lined styling. The 110 is the largest in the range. It’s available in a selection of sizes, fuels and colours. This ensures it will complement or contrast any kitchen scheme. All models feature large square viewing windows and linear handles. The sturdy control knobs are a pleasure to use.
Superb Cooking.
The Encore Deluxe incorporates Rangemaster’s Rapid Response technology. It preheats the oven 30% faster than a fan oven. This means you can get on with the cooking in an instant. The left hand oven has eight functions and is fully programmable. These programmes include two low temperature settings which are perfect for slow cooking. The right hand tall oven is fan assisted. It has four shelves with a total of 8 levels and plate rack.
The Rangemaster Encore Deluxe 110 also comes with an improved grill. This grill has more cooking flexibility and capacity thanks to its deeper pan design. Smooth-action telescopic runners make the grill easy to use. They also reduces the risk of pulling the grill out too far, making it simpler and safer to check your dish.
There is also a choice of either gas or induction hobs. Both hobs offer excellent and precise control with five zones. The induction hob also comes with hot hob indicators for added safety. The smooth surface is easy to keep clean too. The gas hob comes with cast iron pan supports. These are robust and have a semi-gloss finish. A multi-ring burner and wok cradle too. The multi zone griddle plate is ideal for healthy cooking. The grooved plate allows fat to drains away.
The Encore 110 is equipped with a Proving Drawer. An essential for those who love to bake. This drawer can an also be used for warming plates.
The Rangemaster Encore Deluxe is also available in a 90 and 100 width.
