The Rangemaster Elise 110 range cooker has an unmistakable, classic French styling. The extra door furniture detailing give this range cooker a continental feel.
The Elise is available in a choice of sumptuous colours. Added to this, you can choose Nickel or Brushed Nickel detailing to suit your interior.
This range has many professional features and is ideal for home cooks and novice chefs alike. The Elise 110 is the widest cooker in the range. It has an additional useful storage drawer.
The discreet, four armed control knobs are robust and precise. The horizontal door handles are solid and a pleasure to use. They also make great hanging rails for kitchen towels and oven gloves. The solid oven doors open and close with a reassuring firmness. Combined with its cooking capabilities, the Elise will bring years of pleasure to your home.
Cooking on the Elise
The Rangemaster Elise 110 incorporates Rangemaster’s Rapid Response technology. It preheats the oven 30% faster than a fan oven. This means you can get on with the cooking in an instant. The left hand oven has seven functions and is fully programmable. These programmes include three low temperature settings which are perfect for slow cooking. The right hand tall oven is fan assisted. It has four shelves with a total of 8 levels and plate rack.
The Rangemaster Elise comes with a Handyrack which attaches to the main oven door. This means you can pull the roasting tray out with ease without having to touch the roasting dish. The Handyrack can hold a joint of meat weighing 12lb’s or 5.5kg’s which is perfect for feeding up to 12 people.
You can remove the Handyrack from the door or change the height setting if required. Added to this, both the dish and wire work are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
The glide out grill has a range of temperature settings and a trivet with 4 different depths. Smooth-action telescopic runners make the grill easy to use. They also reduces the risk of pulling the grill out too far, making it simpler and safer to check your dish.
There is also a choice of either gas or induction hobs. These hobs offer excellent and precise control with five zones. The induction hob also comes with hot hob indicators for added safety. The smooth surface is easy to keep clean too. The gas hob comes with cast iron pan supports. A multi-ring burner and wok cradle too. The multi zone griddle plate is ideal for healthy cooking. The grooved plate allows fat to drains away.
