The Morsø Smoke Keeper is a cast iron lid designed to be placed over the flue pipe on both the Morsø Forno and the Morsø Grill Forno when you want to use these appliances as smoke ovens. This stops the smoke from exiting the flue, optimising the smoking process when cooking.
By simply fitting this to the top of the flue a smokey flavour can be achieved when cooking.

Delivery within 3-5 working days.
Installation of domestic solid fuel, oil or gas appliances must be certified by a competent engineer. A HETAS, OFTEC or GAS SAFE Engineer is recommended or equivalent governing body. Building Regulations approval is also possible when work is carried out by a competent person.
