Made of enamelled cast iron the Morso Frying Dish can be placed directly onto the heat. Its construction enables even heat distribution across the pan bringing out the best flavours when frying your food. The simple design and classic look also works beautifully for serving your food at the table whilst keeping it warm.
We would recommend purchasing the specially designed Morso Steel Handle to make the most of this product.
Installation of domestic solid fuel, oil or gas appliances must be certified by a competent engineer. A HETAS, OFTEC or GAS SAFE Engineer is recommended or equivalent governing body. Building Regulations approval is also possible when work is carried out by a competent person.
