Description

The Morso 1412 is also known as the Squirrel. This latest version retains the classic styling and has up-to-date combustion technology. It’s one of the biggest selling stoves in the UK.

A Morso design icon, the Morso 1412 Squirrel is compact with classic good looks. It has an excellent heat output of 5.3Kw so it’s versatile too.

The Morso 1412 is perfect for small to medium size rooms. Its size and output makes it a popular choice for many other environments too. Garden outbuildings, greenhouses and even long boats have featured a Morso Squirrel.

The Squirrel has a robust door that’s easy to open and close. Controlling the output is simple using the circular control discs. The supplied Ash Can sits within its own compartment for simple cleaning and removal of ash. There’s a lip at the bottom of the stove which is practical and adds to the detailing.

The combustion technology of these classic Morso stoves is state-of-the-art. Harmful particles and surplus gasses are burnt off in the firebox. It also has an excellent Airwash System that helps to keep the glass clean. This stove fulfils the strictest environmental requirements. It is SIA Ecodesign ready and DEFRA approved.

There are some details which remain timeless. Morso’s iconic squirrel is still forged on to both the stoves side panels.

The Squirrel is available with a choice of leg options. This means you can raise the height of the stove to suit your hearth. There is also a Squirrel suitable for smoke control areas – the 1412.

We have a wide selection of Morso stoves in our purpose built showroom in Winkleigh. You can also see a range of Morso appliances in our Hearth & Cook showroom in Exeter.
