Featuring a sophisticated combustion system, the Chesneys large smokeless fire pit offers warmth and ambiance without the bonfire effect. Each fire pit has a sturdy steel cylindrical construction. Enjoy long summer nights gathered around watching dancing flames without coming away smelling of smoke.
Unlike a traditional open fire pit where there is no control over the burn process, the Chesneys smokeless fire pit draws in cool air from beneath the fire bowl. The air is then directed through a cavity between the inner and outer skin of the appliance. This allows the air to be pre-heated as it moves upwards and emitted as jets of hot air around the entrance of the fire pit. Here, it hits the flames and combusts the gasses from the fire, eliminating almost all the smoke once the fire is up and running. This not only helps to provide a cleaner, more efficient burn but is also heathier for you and your guests.
Three Distinct Finishes – Portland and Slate Green Steel Panels or Teak Wooden Panels
Assembly of your new fire pit is quick and simple. Using the step-by-step instructions provided, fit the feet to the base plate. Next, secure the four side plates to the base plate and connect the angle brackets. Place the counter top over the top brackets and then drop the burner through the centre hole. It will slot securely into a locating groove in the base plate. This should take no more than a few minutes for two people to complete.
The side panels are available in two steel finishes. Portland is an off-white, neutral, stone colour which will contrast well with most garden settings. Alternatively, the slate green finish will blend in nicely with a lawn or artificial grass backdrop. The Large smokeless fire pit also comes with an option to purchase Teak wooden side panels for an additional charge of £100.00. All Chesneys fire pits are supplied with a robust canvas cover. This weather resistant cover should be used whenever the fire pit is not in use. Please ensure that the fire pit has completely cooled before the cover is fitted.
