During the process of purchasing your new stove, we can advise you on its installation. We will recommend a flue and chimney system that best suits your appliance, and our Installation Team will handle the rest.
The stove installation service begins with a FREE-OF-CHARGE thorough site visit by one of our HETAS-certified installers to ensure that the correct stove and appropriate flue have been selected. The customer then receives a detailed quotation which includes the appliance, flue and chimney materials, labour, hearth and scaffolding if required. Following customer approval of the quote, an installation date will be agreed upon and booked into the diary. Our HETAS-certified installers will then install the wood burner, flue, and any other necessary components as necessary. In the unlikely event that any problems arise, we provide a full after-sales service which includes a free call-out if required. All our installation work comes complete with a 12-month warranty as per our terms and conditions.
We are also able to supply your stove, flue, and chimney system to a specified location of your choice if you would prefer to use your own installers.

With many popular stove and flue product lines available for immediate dispatch. During the summer months, our suppliers are quieter also, so if we do need to order any parts in specially, the lead times should be much shorter than in the busy periods.
4. Special Offers and Clearance Sale Lines – During the spring and summer, stove manufacturers will often run promotions to try and drum up business.
