We know heating and cooking is an essential part of life, particularly if we are self isolating at home. We are still able to supply a wide range of appliances including wood burning, gas and electric stoves and fires, kiln dried wood and range cookers even though our showroom is closed. Many of our products, spares and accessories are in stock and we can offer a safe delivery service or pre-arranged pick up if you prefer. Our online spares and accessories service is fully operational too.

Whilst we are still open for pre-arranged pick up and delivery for both trade and retail sales – and spares and accessories, following the Prime Ministers announcement on the 23rd March we have closed both our Winkleigh and Exeter showrooms until further notice. This is so we keep our customers and employees safe. The majority of our team are working from home and we have a limited team of volunteer staff working safely in our offices who can still answer customers calls.
