Prepare a variety of dishes using this double enamelled Morsø Grill Cocotte. This cast iron dish can be placed directly into your Morso Forno oven. The solid construction of the Morsø Grill Cocotte enables an even distribution of heat and will retain heat for longer, ideal for slow cooking. It’s perfect for casseroles or any dish which involves sauces and liquids. It can be used to bake bread too.
The lid of the Morsø Grill Cocotte can be used for searing food and has a ribbed surface that allows fats to drain away and collect below the ribs.
Suitable for all hob types (including induction), ovens, and grills.
